Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Adious ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. Adious is a product of Adious Inc., providing an AI-native Digital Audio Workstation.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

3.1 Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership to the original audio, MIDI, and musical compositions you create using the Service. By utilizing our AI generation features, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, distribute, and monetize the resulting generated audio and MIDI data.

3.2 Our Property: The Service and its original content, features, synthesis algorithms, AI models, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Adious Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models of the Service.
  • To systematically scrape, crawl, or extract audio generation data to train competing machine learning models.
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Tier"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Adious Inc. reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time, provided that reasonable notice is given to active subscribers prior to the change.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adious Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
